New agriculture and the environment data have been reported by F. Lu and co-authors.

According to recent research published in the Journal of Food Agriculture & Environment, "During transport and handling, apple fruits experience a variety of loading conditions that potentially lead to damage and bruising. New methods were analyzed for assessing and predicting apple bruising that occurs in corrugated fiberboard boxes due to impact loads during the course of transport and handling."
